Mio Destino Exchanges & Returns
Mio Destino provides a Free Returns service to customers inside the UK*.
If you purchased an item from miodestino.com and live in the UK, you should have received a Freepost Label with your order. Simply follow the instructions provided and attach the Freepost Label to your package securely.
If you have not received one or have misplaced it please contact us stating your order number and we will email you one.
Royal Mail will return your order to us. As soon as we receive your item we will act upon your request and either send you an exchanged item or issue a refund.
* If you live outside of the UK, as of yet we are unable to extend this service internationally but we are working on it. Stay tuned!
At Mio Destino we want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you need to exchange or refund your purchase we offer a No-Nonsense Returns Policy so that we can resolve your order quickly and to your satisfaction.
All items on this website may be returned for an exchange or refund, with the exception of corsets, waspies, any opened packages of tights or stockings and other custom made or specially ordered products. Please see our fitting guides to ensure your corsetry product is the best size for you to avoid disappointment or contact us with fit questions. The return postage costs of non-faulty goods are the responsibility of the customer, however, we will deliver your exchanged item at no extra cost.
How Long Can I Return My Item?
You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return your Mio Destino purchase. During the Christmas period we will accept any order purchased, subject to the above exclusions, from 15th October to be returnable until January 15th of the following year.
Where Do I Return it to?
On the back of your invoice will be the returns information, simply fill in the form and return it with your purchase. If you have misplaced the invoice, simply send your item, with your name, full contact details and your requirements to the relevant Returns Depot:

Please use our returns portal to print your returns label https://miodestino.ezireturns.com/
There are two return options available in our returns portal. Please note that your return is not free of charge.
Self-Post Label: Fill our the returns form online and print off self-post label. This can then be used to return your item using your chosen postage method. Please make sure that the barcode and order number are not covered and are clearly legible and make sure to include the printed returns form in your package.
Pay directly with Ezi Returns*: You can pay for your return directly within our Ezi Returns portal and then drop it off at a drop-off location indicated by Ezi Returns. Please make sure the barcode and order number are not obscured and are clearly legible. Please also include your returns for inside the parcel.
*Note this option is not available for all countries.
To complete your return, you will need the following information: Sales Order Number, email address, shipping address, Item name/SKU (found on your invoice or order confirmation) and the return reason.

If you are sending from outside the UK please complete a Customs Declaration and indicate a ZERO return value and write Returned Goods.
Terms and conditions
- To ensure no damage occurs to the returning item(s), we advise you to return item(s) with the original packaging. Take reasonable care of the item(s) leaving all labels and tags intact and attached.
- The items must be unworn and unwashed when returned to us. If you wish to try the item on, it is required that you wear underwear beneath the Mio Destino garment. If Mio Destino considers that the item is soiled or damaged if any way, a refund will be denied.
- Mio Destino does not accept responsibility for the loss of packages sent back to us by a customer, therefore, we encourage you keep your proof of postage.
Refund of payment
The refund can only be made to the credit card or PayPal account which was originally used to pay for the garment(s). Mio Destino is committed to refunding customers as soon as we have received your goods back.
While we strive to issues refunds immediately, please allow up to 7 days processing time for your funds to be returned. For customers outside the UK, please allow extra time for our foreign returns depot to process the refund.
