When will my product be dispatched?

Most products will be dispatched on the same day as the transaction is completed or on the next working day if the purchase is made after 2pm GMT. Some products have a longer lead time which will be indicated on the product page or at time of ordering. If you purchase “next day” service on an item with a longer lead time, we will send it by the “Next Day” service as soon as we receive the item in stock. This express service is still the faster option.


Will my purchase arrive Gift Wrapped?

We want to make life easy for you. All of our product orders* over £100/$150 USD come beautifully gift wrapped in Mio Destino tissue paper and in an elegant black Mio Destino Gift box tied with red ribbon. Ready to hand as a present to your loved one at no extra cost and no extra effort.


I don't want what I've bought to be recognisable - is the outer packaging discreet?

Yes, our packaging is completely discreet and is shipped in plain unbranded packaging to protect it and to ensure your privacy. Only our return address is shown with the Company name as MIOD Ltd.


 Can I have my purchase sent to another address?

Yes, you can. As recorded deliveries have to be signed for, you may prefer to give Mio Destino a different delivery address other than your home address such as a workplace, if permissible, or a friend’s house. You can save these addresses for future orders.


Can I send the gift direct to my partner and the receipt to my address?

Yes, you can. Please let us know that you would like this done and tell us which address gets the present and which the receipt.


If I need to get the present as soon as possible, can you help me?

If you require a delivery as a matter of urgency, Mio Destino can provide a 'Same Day' courier service on the UK mainland, time permitting. Customers must call or email Mio Destino to request same day delivery and to make payment for such delivery, prior to dispatch.


Mio Destino seeks to arrange delivery to you as quickly as possible and the vast majority of our products go out on the date of payment. However, we cannot guarantee that you will receive your products within any particular time period, we will endeavour to ensure you receive your gift as soon as feasible.

You will be responsible for payment, if required, of all sales, use, property and value-added taxes, customs charges and duties, or other taxes related to any order or item(s) supplied, except for taxes based solely on Mio Destino's net income. If we are required to pay any such taxes, then such taxes shall be billed to and paid by you.


If I live outside of the UK, will I have to pay customs duty?

If you live outside the EU, you may be charged with customs duties. Most countries have duty levels allowing you to import up to about $200 USD. However, there are exceptions, where governments impose quite high import duties including Canada, Scandinavian countries and South Africa. You will be responsible for any import duties so please check with your internal Customs office.


Do you send items via BFPO or APO/FPO?

Yes, when ordering simply provide your full address including your service number, rank, full name, unit, BFPO or APO/FPO Number and any special instructions. We can only send these orders by UK or US postal services, not Fedex or courier, please make your delivery selection accordingly.


My Order has not arrived yet.

If your order has been sent via a tracked service please check the status with the relevant carrier. Check if you have a text message, email or attempted delivery card from one of our carriers. Your parcel may be awaiting collection at a local Post Office, delivery depot or you may need to arrange redelivery. Also check with your neighbours to see if they have accepted the parcel on your behalf. If you still can't find your parcel, please email us at [email protected].


I have received an incorrect or faulty item.

If this is the case we apologise and we would like to sort out the issues with your order. Please contact the customer care team at [email protected], they will advise you on how to proceed.


How long do I have to return my item?

You have 30 days from receipt of your item to return your Mio Destino purchase. During the Christmas period we will accept any order purchased, subject to the above exclusions, from 15th November to be returnable until January 15th of the following year.


Where do I return my unwanted item to?

On the back of your invoice will be the returns information, simply fill in the form and return it with your purchase. If you have misplaced the invoice, simply send your item, with your name and full contact details and your requirements, to the relevant Returns Depot:

If you are sending from outside one of these countries and need to complete a Customs Declaration, please indicate a ZERO return value and write Returned Goods.


Refund of payment

The refund can only be made to the credit card or PayPal account which was originally used to pay for the item(s). While we strive to issue refunds immediately, please allow up to 7 days processing time for your funds to be returned.

For customers outside the UK, please allow extra time for our foreign returns depot to process the refund.
