Opening a museum ‘dedicated to laziness’ is a risky business surely? Anyone who would be interested in visiting would also be the kind of person too lazy to visit. So would anyone go? Well the government of Columbia are hoping so having opened such a museum in Bogotá.

‘Why’ I hear you ask through the medium of web 2.0? Well the idea is to get people to view the difference in lifestyles between over working and laziness and where the right balance lies. And as Britain returns to the shock of work after two weeks of indulgence and decadence over Christmas I think a visit to a lazy museum would be just what we all might need!

Lastly the Columbian government really must be hoping people will shirk their laziness to attend – the exhibition is only on for one week!
