Princesse Tam Tam founder killed.

It is with great sadness that we have to report that Loumia Hiridjee, the 47-year-old founder of women's fashion lingerie brand Princesse Tam Tam, and her husband Mourad Amarsy, 49, had been dining on wednesday at the Oberoi Hotel in Mumbai where they died in the terrorist attacks.

Hiridjee came from a family of Indian merchants, who had settled in Madagascar off the east coast of Africa. She and her sister, Shama Hiridjee, went to boarding school in France and with great vision and panache created the first Princesse Tam Tam collection in 1985.

All of the members of Mio Destino would like to offer our deepest condolences to the their families and friends and to their colleagues.
