Training: After studying Women’s Fashion Design at Central St Martin's College in London, Damaris was persuaded to stay at Favourbrooks where she had spent her degree’s work placement.

Story: Damaris comes from a long line of creatives headed by her Great Grandfather, the artist Sir William Rothenstein and former director of the Tate Gallery; since childhood, Damaris had a passion for fashion. After graduating she set up the exciting Damaris line which can sell for up to £3000 and which has been bought by such A-listers as Pamela Anderson, Nicole Kidman, Claudia Schiffer, Kirsten Dunst and Angelina Jolie.
After clamouring from top High Street retailers, Damaris launched her long awaited diffusion line ‘Mimi Holliday’ which has been an immense success. The key to that success has been the hipster shape knickers, flattering structure and the shape of the balcony bra.
Highlights: Elle Style Award for ‘Young Enterprise of the Year’ for the Spring/Summer 2003 collection. The only lingerie designer to be invited to Buckingham Palace in 2005 to meet the Queen for a Celebration of British Design.
