Story: The Ted Baker story began in 1987 with the first store opening in Glasgow in 1988 quickly followed by Manchester and Nottingham and then in London’s fashionable Covent Garden. This is soon followed in 1996 with trading in the USA and in 1997 in Zurich, Switzerland. Paris in 2003 and in 2004 Ted Baker hits Australia and New Zealand with a storm. The brand has proved immensely popular and the recent openings in Jakarta, Singapore, Dubai and Hong Kong seem set to be only the beginning in the Ted Baker story.
