It’s spring. Roll on the compulsory lashings of sunscreen, insects, picnics – and weddings. Admittedly a few of my more bohemian acquaintances have chosen edgier seasonal settings in which to tie their knots: an ice wedding in Lapland and an exchanging of vows mid-air during an autumnal parachute jump, for instance.
