Two robbers showed barefaced cheek when they robbed a shop using thongs as masks to cover their faces. The two geniuses didn’t realise the skimpy underwear wouldn’t cover much of their faces – don’t they know the thong is small? – and so police are confident they will catch them.
The mind boggles though – where did they get the underwear from? Their girlfriends? How do robbers get girlfriends? Or did they steal the thongs pre-robbing the store? Why thongs? Why not boxer shorts – they’re much bigger! Still at least it shows imagination from the more traditional stockings – perhaps they had laddered them and thongs where the only things to hand.
